Julia Roberts sold her San Francisco mansion for an astounding price – $11.25 Million after just two weeks on the market!

Roberts, 56, purchased her 6,315 square-foot Victorian Revival-style house for $8.3 million in February 20/20, according to Mansion Global reports at that time and listed it for sale in early October for an asking price of 11.75 million; Mansion Global reported. Roberts finally closed on her deal Friday.

Mansion Global could not identify who purchased this property due to no available public records, while Sotheby’s International Realty agents have yet to comment.

Sylvain Schnaittacher designed this five-level home dating back to 1912 that boasts views of San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge from every level. Situated on one of Presidio Heights’ most desirable blocks, the listing describes it as providing “relaxed living with classic San Francisco charm”.

A brick entryway leads into a foyer and living area with a wood-burning fireplace, plus a formal dining area leading to the kitchen. The listing revealed a chef’s kitchen with a large island, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a wet bar, a walk-in pant, two majors, and a breakfast nook. An office area and balcony also feature a built-in barbecue, which sets this property apart.

There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms; four bedrooms can be found on the second level–plus a sunroom–while the main suite can be found on the third. Here, it offers views of the bay, seating area, and office.

The lower level features a media room, laundry and access to the two-car garage, while the basement boasts a gym that leads directly onto the garden and spa area.

Roberts has produced her next project, “Leave the World Behind”, for release in select theatres on Nov 22. This psychological thriller by Rumaan Alam features Roberts alongside Mahershala Ali, Ethan Hawke, Myha’la Herrold and Kevin Bacon as stars.

Representatives for Roberts have yet to respond to our inquiry regarding her absence and provide any comment or answer any of our queries about his absence from Congress.
